The Brooks Standard
AI is how agents will work. The Brooks Standard is the set of rules every Brooks video follows, so it’s still you on camera, the home is the real home, and your audience can trust what they see.
1. It’s really you, with consent you control
Your presenter and your voice are made only from your own face and voice, only with the consent you give in Brooks, and only for your own business. You can withdraw consent at any time. See Consent and Likeness.
2. The home is never changed
We bring your listing photos to life with camera moves and motion. We never add, remove or change anything in the home: no extra rooms, no repaired walls, no new views, and no virtual staging passed off as real. If something in a video doesn’t match the home, reject it and we’ll fix it.
3. Every video says it’s AI
We turn on each network’s AI disclosure by default: the AI label on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, and “altered or synthetic content” on YouTube. LinkedIn doesn’t let apps set a label, so the disclosure travels inside the video file itself.
4. Captions are fair
Captions describe the home, never who it is “for”, following fair housing practice. They don’t mention the price, and they name only your own brand.
5. Nothing goes out without your OK
Every video waits for you. You approve, schedule or post each one yourself, and on TikTok you choose who can see it every time.
6. Present, not pushy
Brooks plans how often you post so you stay present for the people who know you, without flooding their feeds. The goal is trust, not noise.
