Consent and Likeness

Brooks makes videos with a presenter that looks like you and a voice that sounds like you. That only happens with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

Only you can authorize your likeness

• You can only give Brooks your own face and voice, never anyone else’s.
• A brokerage or team can’t consent for an agent. Each person consents for themselves.
• Before we make your presenter or your voice, Brooks shows you a consent screen. You tick the box yourself to confirm that the face and voice are your own and that you agree to what’s on this page. We keep a record of your consent: who gave it, when, and the exact text you agreed to.

What you’re agreeing to

When you consent, you allow Brooks to:

• make presenter videos from photos of your face;
• make a voice from your recordings;
• use them only in videos for your own real estate business, which you review and approve before they’re posted.

What we never do with your likeness

• Use it in a video for anyone else.
• Use it in Brooks’ own marketing without asking you separately.
• Sell it, rent it or share it, except with the providers that make your presenter and voice for us (see our Biometric Data Policy).
• Post a video with it without your approval.

Every video made with your presenter or your voice is labeled as AI. See The Brooks Standard.

Withdrawing consent

Write to privacy@usebrooks.com or tell us inside Brooks. We stop making new videos with your presenter and voice right away, and we delete them, from Brooks and from the providers that made them, within 30 days.

Videos that are already published stay on your social accounts until you delete them there, because those accounts are yours.

If someone used your likeness without permission

Write to privacy@usebrooks.com. We’ll investigate, and we’ll take the content down from Brooks and stop any scheduled posts.
